The room was a nice size, and we appreciated having a full kitchen. Cleanliness, however, left much to be desired. It was obvious that they maybe spent about 5 minutes getting the room ready for us. We had to request that they come up and clean the toilet for us! Many surfaces should have been wiped down (cabinets, mirrors, dishwasher); they were obviously dirty. The room was "non-smoking", but there is a very strong cigarette smoke smell in the hallways. We had no problems with noise, but we also had the air conditioner on full time. It would be nice to have more dishes and silverware in the kitchen, but we got by. Also, the bagel and fruit breakfast that they provide is nothing to write home about. Staff were attentive to our requests, and overall, it met our purposes.

Stayed in this hotel for 10 days for work. Very noisy, dark, dank, depressing rooms. What little housekeeping that is done is done with no attention to detail to reach even a minimum standard. Pay an extra 10 bucks a night and stay anyplace else.

I will never go here again. The front door to the hotel was locked and there wasn't a receptionist at the front desk when I tried to check in. Once one did arrive, a large man with a dew rag and street clothes came out and quickly checked me in without the slighest bit of hospitality. Once I got to the room (and killed the insects in my room) it took me awhile to get the AC working because the front panel was destroyed. The bathroom door did not shut but luckily I was there alone. Thank goodness I only spent one night in this dump. A poor representation of this chain. Much better places to stay in the westlake area.

We were in Cleveland for a family reunion. We were trying to decide between this hotel or the Holiday Inn. We read reviews for both, and ultimately chose this hotel because it was inexpensive, we could cook food for potluck, and because it was next to where another family member was staying (the Holiday Inn). Although this place has no frills (ie no pool or free daily housekeeping), it was comfortable and quiet. The only thing was that the kitchen had limited items to use for cooking. But, it is good enough to make a decent breakfast. The room was clean, the beds were decent, and the area of town is really nice. Outside there is a small creek, and they have also set up a patio area with a a BBQ (we didn't use it but saw people BBQ'ing).

On a side note, when I was at the Holiday Inn to visit the other family member I found it to be extremely loud, especially with the pool inside. I was glad we didn't stay there. Some of the noise could be attributed to a large reception party they going on, but the pool was full of people and extremely loud, combined with lots of other people and music.
