We are a large local West Chester Business and the Hampton Inn in West Chester is our very 1st choice for our lodging when in our Cincinnati locations. We get the service and attention we need - prompt check-in and check-out. Meeting rooms are available to us and we even get calls from the front desk and/or manager to make sure we are all set to go for group reservations and if there is anything else they can do to ensure our stay is wonderful. (Now please don't steal all the yummy cookies on the counter because that's my job. :-) )

Just had the opportunity to stay at the Hampton Inn Union Centre (West Chester/Cincinnati) and have nothing but great things to say about it. Even though this is not a brand new property, it is kept in immaculate condition. We stay at hotels approx. 7-10 nights a month and are VERY picky about cleanliness and the general feel of a hotel and this hotel makes the mark. Very nice staff, very comfortable sparkling clean rooms with good beds and nice linens. Public areas, hallways & elevators are also kept sparkling clean. Breakfast was usual Hampton spread, and is served in nice & clean dining area. Hotel is in a good safe feeling location with lots of stores & dining in area and IKEA is only a block away. A good solid choice if traveling through the area.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We had a king suite, which was spacious and clean. The pool was pleasant, breakfast was good (our kids loved the potatoes), and the staff was really friendly. The lobby / breakfast area was light and pleasing, with fresh flowers. The location is great--easy access to the highway and lots of restaurants nearby. We felt safe in the parking lot and enjoyed returning to our room after visiting local relatives. We would definitely stay here again!

From check in to check out this hotel was a great experience! In the evenings, besides the always expected cookies, they had fresh cut fruit set out. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. There was several inches of snow one night after midnight. I went out to turn on the car to warm up and just as I was getting ready to clean the car off, a gentleman came over and took over the cleaning. I looked around and noticed that he was cleaning every car in the lot. Also, he had cleaned all the walkways and the drive had been plowed. This was such a nice surprise. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Thanks so much.
