This is a very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The facility and rooms are very clean. The breakfast is really a "full" breakfast and the hospitality nights are as advertised, but with a fair amount of food too.
I had a very visit that could easily have been excellent had more attention been paid to the Fitness Center.
I specifically picked this hotel because they had two treadmills.When I arrived, BOTH were broke. This hotel allows kids to use their parents room keys to enter the Fitness Center and "play with and abuse" the equipment. Other nice hotels I've stayed at require Fitness Center keys to be picked up at the front desk, which minimizes this abuse. Also, the A/C was not working in this room.(and there are no weights)
So, if you work out, please make sure that the Fitness Center is functioning properly before you arrive. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

Thank you so much for the positive feedback concerning our property and our staff. Being an award winning property we strive to provide exceptional service for each of our guests. Please allow me this opportunity to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay regarding our Fitness Center. I appreciate your taking the time to advise us of your dissatisfaction, which is the first step towards improvement of our services. Our Management staff is in the process of procuring new equipment for the fitness center and the treadmills are next on the agenda to replace. We also have a relationship with a local gym, Fitworks just five minutes from the hotel, where you can use their facility complimentary, because our Fitness facility is limited. In regards to the Fitness Center AC Unit, we ordered a replacement unit as soon as it failed; it just takes up to a week for the new PTAC units to come in. For this again, we greatly apologize. It was also commented that there were children unsupervised using the equipment in our fitness area, and I would like to extend our sincerest apology for that as well. It is our hotel policy that no child is to be in our Fitness Center without adult supervision and we have ensured measures have been taken for that policy to be enforced consistently.
