In general everything was great, but specially the service was very good.

They seemed to be willing to do their job, the couple of requests I made were attended promptly and efficiently.

The rooms looked and felt like-new, the beds were nice and each queen bed had 4 pillows 2 labelled "soft" and 2 labelled "firm".

The breakfast was good and each day had a small variation.

The internet access worked each time I tried it.

It doesn't have those TV systems where you can order movies, games, etc. just local channels and a few cable ones. But we stayed there to go to Kings Island amusement park so we didn't really needed it.

That's why I gave 4 out of 5 points in location, because it is not that close to Kings Island, but it is close enough. Other than that it is just out of the freeway.

If we decide to go again to Kings Island for more than a day, we will probably stay again here.

Stayed here for a gal pal shopping trip w/4 friends.. Close to expressway, clean, close to all our shopping places. Management very helpful. Good breakfast.... Does have a pool... Will DEF stay here again!!!

This hotel was fine. I agree with some of the other reviewers that the property is a little worn. It looks super nice from the outside, but isn't as nice once you get inside. My only complaints were that the wireless internet was HORRIBLE. Very, very bad and unreliable connection. But I was happy with the complimentary goodies in the room. Like a sewing kit, an eyeglass lens cleaner, and a little grooming kit with q-tips, cotton balls and a nail file. The hotel is pretty secluded as well. Only a Frisch's Big Boy withint sight. As I said, not a great hotel, but it's pretty clean and totally acceptable. The internet would definitely be something worth checking in to before reserving a room at this hotel if a connection is a must-have.

We stayed here for two nights earlier this month. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No complaints about the room. The hallways had an odd smell to me, as if smoke was being covered up with cleaner, but my husband thought it was a lack of ventilation in the hallway. They offer a free breakfast that includes some hot items, fruit, yogurt, and juice.
Overall a great stay.
