Due to flight cancellations, we were driving from Chicago to Connecticut in a rented car with three children in the back seat. When the kids ran out of steam, we exited and this was the only hotel off the Ohio Turnpike in Wauseon Ohio that could provide us with three beds. At 2 in the morning. The mattresses were bouncy, and the sheets scratchy, but the place was clean and, to my eternal gratitude, no one got bed bugs. An adequate continental breakfast including coffee was provided (though the milk was past its prime).

Came to stay while visiting friends and family. The beds in this hotel are great. At least they slept well for us.
I was however extreamly disappointed when the housekeeper barged in on my mother and children while they were still sleeping.... I made my concerns known and the person at the check out said that "when there is no vehical parked out front we assume no one is inside the room." I find that disturbing... I don't like the fact that when I leave my hotel that the help will barge in. They didn't even knock... That makes me even more upset.

The breakfast consisted of Corn Flakes and Fruit Loops, cold milk and warm water and warm Orange Juice, and stale doughnuts... Rooms are a nice size and could use a bit updating, internet signal was poor. When i asked about this they said that there was and eathernet connection in the room. How ever some family were staying in another room and they did not have an ethernet connection. The bathrooms were alright besides the tiles not fully down and the need for more towels they were somewhat acceptable.

I will not be staying here again. Until there is new management and help. And some updates to the facility.

The price was right to sleep and shower. The rooms were large. It is little old and out dated but it was very clean. Owners were nice. Could use some new pillows. Internet was slow. Would stay again for a night or two but any longer would have to find another.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights recently while attending an event at the nearby fairgrounds. My overall impression of this hotel is positive. Good points: location, cleanliness, friendly innkeepers. Not-so-good: complimentary breakfast "served" in a foyer - no place to sit; bathroom needed a bit updating; loyalty card not accepted because I had a special rate through the event.

This would be a reasonably good place to spend a few nights while in the area.
