Should have known upon check in:

1) Checked in around 2pm. those who reserved rooms with 2 double beds were told they were not available even though the parking lot was deserted. Confirmation numbers apparently do not work anymore either. Very Rude staff, and hard to understand.

2) Upon actually opening the door to the room, it was so cold inside that we could see our breath after shutting the door. Some rooms did not have towels, and the beds...let's just say, it resembled a brothel. We bought sheets and blankets at a local mall.

3) After returning back to the room at 10pm, it had still not warmed up, probably due to the large gap in the door, of which i could stick my entire arm through to the outside.

4) Decided to go get something to eat, came back and heard, what sounded like gunshots, as we were opening the door to the room.

5) Went to the front desk and demanded our money back, they refused! Called Days Inn Customer Service and they refunded all the money back to us. Left the hotel at 2am finally as a group, 6 rooms, and checked in at the Clarion Hotel in Beachwood. I will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again due to my experience at this one!
