I am honestly confused over the bad reviews for this hotel. I have stayed there twice (once when it was the Upper Sandusky Inn and once now that it is the Days Inn) and have been happy both times. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated, quiet, and comfortable and the staff is polite and helpful. We have never used to pool or eaten the breakfast so I can't comment on those other than the pool area looks clean and well maintained although it is not huge.

It's a Days Inn so if you can't expect a four star hotel but it is an inexpensive, quiet and clean place to stay for a night or two. I would definitely stay there again.

I was on a business trip for 3 days and I found that hotel management has changed. Also its name from Upper Sandusky Inn has changed to Days Inn. The Manager Mrs Kmini Sucks. She was rude and concerned only for money. No one at front desk were in professional uniform. Moreover the room which she offer me was with broken handle so was very difficult to open. Besides that the room was smelling nasty as if house keeper has not cleaned properly. In addition next day morning in breakfast the fruits which they placed were stale and even you can find flyes and insects around. Its only a wonderful way to waste money. Hate it.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a wedding. The rooms were nice and clean and it was quiet, and we enjoyed it very much. My husband liked the indoor pool and we enjoyed breakfast at Bob Evans, next door to the hotel. We would definetely stay here again if in the area.

Best Western Upper Sandusky Inn is a very good value for the money. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. The room included a refrigerator and a microwave which saved us money by not eating out. The only drawback was the spa was not working at the time, although the indoor pool was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a very nice hotel on a limited budget.
