I was traveling with my daughter, son-in-law, and two young grandchildren. We had a lovely, immaculate 2-bedroom suite with flat-screen TVs in each bedroom and the living area. We spent two nights there. We could easily have been comfortable for a longer stay as there was a fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast selection and food quality was quite good - far superior to the typical continental breakfast at many establishments. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and patio area very much. It was a great value; good choice for families and business people.

The air conditioners in all the rooms are extremely loud and right beside the bed. The hotel clerk confirmed that this is a problem with the hotel and others have complained, but management does nothing about it.

Our stay began with a 30 minute dispute at the front desk over rewards points. We were shocked at the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the staff not only at the desk but on the phone when they had us call 1800 Marriott because they couldnt even handle our question.
When we got to our room it had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. it was disgusting. All the way down the hall smelled like it as well. When we told the staff we were told " there is nothing they can do about it" and offered us Febreeze.
The air conditioner was extremely loud when it kicked on and kept my kids up half the night.
The breakfast was very gross and we walked around for a few minutes looking for a clean place to sit or even stand and I ended up throwing it away and leaving.
The pool area was dirty and again, crowded with smokers. If you like cigarette smoke this is the place for you.
Otherwise, go anywhere else- I was tempted to sleep in the car.
They share pools with the Fairfield Inn next door and that wasnt any cleaner. If you are passing through, just skip this whole exit.

I had to be in the Dayton area for a few days and we had potentially 2 other couples joining us for a day or more. The room was perfect and significantly cheaper than the Residence Inn in Dayton. We only made breakfast one morning but wished we had all 3. The ladies running the breakfast were so sweet.

We had a little trouble with the front desk staff after a failed movie order and while trying to split the bill at checkout. Both situations were resolved but a little more difficult than necessary.
