This Residence Inn is not at the top. It is not well run and although full often, there are better choices off Exit 74 of I-75. The rooms are spartan compared to other Residence Inns. The food both for the evening meal and the breakfast are poorly prepared. Although it is a no-smoking facility, the night clerk I have checked in with three time over the past four months is a heavy smoker and your room key folder and anything else he handle reeks of cigarette smoke. There is not ample parking to check in - you must take your chances with handicap parking or park around back and walk 250 yards.
Simply put, there are 4 or 5 other choices in the area, And if you want real quality, stay in any of the hotels nearer to Dayton - they are all much better.
