A rough diamond at a reasonable price ! and I like this hotel for it's reasonable price, convenience of freeways location and local access to food locally.
I have been in Toledo two times earlier and stayed in downtown close to the Convention center only to be horrified at another hotel where I end up paying $69 + Tax for single room per day that wasn't my monies worth !
This hotel was right off the 280 freeway exit; large property in size, and the rooms were bigger. This hotel has all interior corridor with multiple exits and access control entrances. I paid about $36 + Tax for a single room per day and enjoyed it. At about 3:00am I got hungry drove 1/2 a mile right on Mahattan Blvd. from the hotel and found 24 hour drive through McDonalds at the Manhattan Plaza that fill my appettite.
At my earlier stay in downtown I could not find fast food after midnight.
I earlier also went on Manhattan Blvd and made left turn on Summit Street, where I found a nice golf course and yachting boats loading and parking area (5 to 7 miles), pathway for jogging next to the river and Point Place, a small community, yet I did not have much time because of my work.
I found that have a large swimming pool however the front desk staff are very picky making sure that it does not get ravaged by kids!
I also found they had a mini self serve laundry facility which I utilized to do my laundry!
In all I found it to be very reasonable hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at Classic Inn for $35 a room!. We had a small conference (46 Attendees) for a parts vendor. payed $60 for the conference room use. This is not a Holiday Inn but a nice clean budget hotel. Staff was friendly and helped us set up for our conference. Got our $$$ worth and more. We have never payed this cheap ever for a budget hotel with conference facilities.

Wife and I stayed at the Classic Inn for a wedding and we ordered a cab that never showed. The nice gentleman behind the counter drove my wife and I to the wedding and we made it just in time!

Is the Classic Inn the fanciest of hotels......NO, but it was clean and had folks working there that cared about the customer.

For the price, it is well worth a stay at the Classic Inn.

This place was a dive. It was advertised as a luxurious former Holiday Inn. It was filthy with stained carpeting, worn furniture and unclean rooms. The service was condesending, all and all a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe.
