I had a great holiday time experience at this Red Roof Inn in Toledo, Oh. I walked into the hotel lobby and everything was decorated very nicely. Matthew was at the desk when I checked in and his attitude matched the atmosphere that was created with the decorations. I went to my room and was pleased because everything was clean and you could tell that the maid took pride in her work. I had stayed at Red Roof Inns before that were not real clean, so my faith is re-stored. When I was leaving Bobbie was at the desk and her attitude was right in line with the lobby decorations. I wanted to leave a compliment so I asked for the manager and met Yolonda who thanked me for the compliment and gave me a nice gift of a certificate for Uncle John's Panckes.

I have found this Red Roof employs the most wonderful people and the rooms are very nice and clean. I am okay with giving them my business. Whenever I am at the University I will stay here. They know my name.

Very dirty. Stains in bathub. Cigarette burns on sheets. Think of a two bit hotel where people go for one night stands, this is the place. Area around the hotel is questionable. Got to be something better to the south.

My family visits me a lot and I feel comfortable bringing out of town guests to this Red Roof Inn. The very first time that I stayed at this Inn I felt like I was treated like family. That has been the way every time I bring members of my own family and friends here. They leave feeling the same way. I tried "nicer" hotels in the city but I would rather have great clean rooms with the treatment that we get here!
