Great value ! I found the hotel staff professional and friendly. The cleaning staff did a great job. The hotel was in a business park type location, which might not be ideal if you like to step out for a walk. However, if you are driving, it is conveniently in between Kings Island and Cincinnati. We would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and I'm please every time. For the hotel to be booked to capacity during the Macy's Music Fest weekend, the hotel is very quiet and feels uncrowded. Don't know how they do it. Very adult atmosphere everytime. The rooms are large and comfortable and I love that the bedroom is actually a separate area with a double-door. The mattresses are so fluffy and comfortable I wanted to take them home with me. Oh yeah the sheets and comforter are a high thread count so they're nice to sleep on. The kichen area is sufficient with a full size fridge with ice maker. The pool area is very nice and clean with a hot tub which we liked. The hot breakfast is always great with much to choose from to get your day started. The staff is extra friendly always. By the way, the hotel is only about a 15 minute drive away from The Paul Brown stadium where the Macy's Music Fest is held every year. Lastly, the prices are a little higher than say a Motel 6 or Ramada Inn but its worth every penny. I like to stay in a higher end type hotel when I travel cause I deserve it.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good and the staff made sure everything stayed full (which was impressive since there was a large high school foot ball team there at the same time i was). They have a nice outdoor pool and hot tub, but since it is outdoor the hours are 9am - 9pm which made it useless to me. I stayed while visiting King's Island. It's an easy drive to get to the park.

As others have said, this hotel is in an industrial area, but I didn't find that was a problem. It is right off the Interstate, and an easy drive to lots of shopping and restaurants. Even being so close to the highway, I did not notice any road noise at night. I felt quite secure there - the buildings are locked up at night so that you need a room card to get in.

The suites were wonderful - nicely equipped kitchen, VERY comfortable beds, 2 TVs, good strong wireless, nice living room area with good reading lights. (We didn't use the pull out couch). It was very convenient to have 2 lavatory sinks - one in the actual bathroom but another between the bedroom and bath.

The breakfasts were awesome - eggs and some kind of meat every morning, large fresh muffins and sweetrolls, hot and cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, waffles, various juices. Tea and coffee are available 24/7. And on weeknights (I think M-Th) they serve a supper, too. The dining area seemed to be large enough - we were there for 3 days and never had trouble finding a table even though there were several groups staying there.

There is a very nice exercise room and also a "business center" that includes computers and printers. The guest laundry facilities were clean and the machines were in working order. The (outdoor) pool is small but seemed to have enough lounge chairs as well as a jacuzzi for a relaxing soak.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful - especially Shelly who somehow seemed to be always working and "everywhere" at the same time! Thanks for a great weekend.
