I reserved my hotel online and checked in. At the time of checkin , they asked my license and credit card again. I gave it to her and next day checked out from the hotel. I was looking at my credit card statement and I saw they have charged my credit card again... So please make sure that you verify credit card statement once checked out.. could be double charges... Also pool water was cold even they said it is heated pool.

We stayed here to see some friends in the Cincinnati suburbs, go to the Newport Aquarium, and visit IKEA. This hotel was in a fine location for all three. I would have preferred to stay downtown, but the lure of a cheaper hotel room and free parking was too much. The hotel was nice and fairly quiet, and we got a suite for not much more than a regular hotel room. Breakfast was pretty good - they have a made-on-demand pancake machine which was interesting. The pool was lovely, although a little cold for our infant son. We had no issues with service. Our internet worked well (the computer with printer in the lobby was out of service briefly during our stay but was working again by the time we left). All in all, this was a good deal and a nice place. I would definitely stay again.

This is a clean and newer property. We stopped at the front desk on the way out to dinner to mention a problem with the room. Al, the guy at the front desk was on the phone and we had to wait nearly 5 minutes. During that time he never acknowledged us. Other customers waited and left. The breakfast spread is good and kid tending it did a good job keeping up with things. The water in the pool was cloudy and left a gritty feeling in our mouths!

I was driving through Cincinatti when a snowstorm hit, and had to find a place quickly late in the evening. After a quick search on my Blackberry, got a room booked. It ended up being a nice quiet night at a great place. It's tucked in on a quiet street off of the highway, and the staff members were extremely friendly. The building is either new or newly renovated. The room was clean and had a large tv, which is always a plus. The gym was fairly well equipped with even some free weights (dumbbells).
If you want to be able to walk to places on a night out, this is not the place. But if you want a quiet, clean place with friendly staff, and don't mind driving a few minutes to eat out etc., this place is just about perfect.
