really enjoyed the waterpark! we lovedthe wave pool and water rollercoaster! the waves in the wave pool were a little strong and you may get scraped up, but you will have alot of fun!!!

We went august 8th to cedar point. My family and I (im oldest son) booked castaway bay because my brother and I thought the waterpark would be fun. Room: carpets a little dirty, bathtub couldve been cleaned and towels were dirty. Service was ok, but there was a long line at check in. My brother and I passed the time by looking at the ghost diamond. Arcade: games were good but it costs alot of money to get a good amount of credits on the card. Waterpark: a little small only issue was that the wave pool was small and my dad my brother and me were scraped up from it. At the end we relized we should've booked another day at the hotel and we didn't want to leave. We will definantly book here again. :)

We visit Kalahari quite often with day passes & I was a little hesitant to stay here overnight at a smaller indoor waterpark.. however, we were very pleasantly surprised!! The room on the third floor was very clean & comfortable for the 2 kids (age 10 & 12) & myself. It had a nice size fridge & a little microwave that suited us perfectly (little coffeepot too) & the heater worked quietly & efficiently. The waterpark was not crowded & the boys had a fantastic time on the coaster, the basketball area, the wave pool, the slides, obstacle course & the hot tub going outside (with an adult)...The water temp was perfect & the park was 'warm'..The bathrooms were clean inside the park & there were always plenty of towels. The lifeguards seemed very friendly & professional...I observed them doing a great job!! The check in & check out was quick/easy & the entire staff was SUPER!! We ordered pizza/breadsticks from Dominos pizza @ 11pm Friday night & they delivered (Thanks Rose & Matt/Mark for coupon ?) ...reasonably priced food/ice cream in the 'shack'...nice little arcade...they had free face painting & tattoos in the lobby...nice little reasonably priced gift shop (key chains purchased)..We will definitely visit again this winter!! Stayed here for a Friday night Halloweeknds trip. Hotel was nice and the lobby was decorated for Halloween. While checking in, there was some confusion on if we received a parking pass to Cedar Point with our room. The first evening we did not get a parking voucher but the next day we were given one. The waterpark is a little small, but is nice for younger children. We ate at the TGI.Fridays which has a slimmed down menu of the normal locations.
