My friends and I took our kids to this hotel for a safe, fun, New Year's Eve. The indoor Waterpark (water area) was geared for younger kids, not my 13-year old. So he and his friends occupied themselves bowling and laser tag. The adults enjoyed the off-track betting, bowling, and few games of laser tag, too.

The staff was very friendly and low stress. The food very tasty.

The hotel is older, and 2** at best, but we had a very nice night. Would definetly consider a return visit next year.

I purchased a $50 voucher good for a one night stay on a Saturday night valid until June 18th, I made my reservation for May and now the hotel manager refuses to honor the voucher, he is now blaming the company that issued the vouchers as having made a mistake on the valid date, he could have honored the voucher as a good will gesture but I am forced to have the credit card company issue a charge back from the 3rd party vendor in order to obtain a refund..

I read the reviews for this hotel after i had already booked and was a little concerned about some of the reviews, However, When i arrived at the hotel i was met by very friendly desk staff and very much enjoyed my hotel room. It was clean and comfortable.I was amazed because this hotel charges the same price as other hotels in the area but we got so much more for our money. They had the waterpark(i really enjoyed drinking my beverage while in the hot tub). The we went and Bowled and played lazertag and even went to the Thirsty Pony for Pizza I'm not sure if some of these people who left bad reviews stayed at the same place as me. But, i had a wonderful time there. ALOT of BANG for my buck!

This hotel was great!!! Check in was quick and efficient. The rooms look great! Great value for the price. The indoor water park was really nice too! Bill one of the people behind the desk was amazing. He helped me get to where I was going and was very polite. When I come back to Sandusky this is where I will stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone with a family. I was glad to have had the priviledge to stay at this hotel. Thank you Bill for making my stay worthwhile!
