We were on a multi-family trip to Great Wolf Lodge and spent a night here before going to the Lodge. Both rooms were upgraded for us when we arrived, free of charge. Our room had four double beds (we originally would have got a room with two beds). The room looked like it had been hardly used, really clean and everything in good repair. The bathroom was also very clean with lots of towels. All had a great, quiet night sleep. The breakfast the next day was good, for free. The eggs and bacon was not up to much but everything else was great. Lots of healthy choices and good coffee, somewhat hard to find when your use to canadian coffee. They are located on the main drag in Sandusky with lots of restaurants and shopping only a few minutes drive away. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice room but springa in king bed were actually broken and made noise every time I moved. Only one small light bulb in bath. Front desk said he couldn't get replacement bulbs. The vent works just no light. But they offered first night to move me but I declined. If I had known the springs were broken I would have moved but it was ok.

The "therapy" pool is in the basement. The indoor pool and whirlpool are in the hotel next door! Too cold to walk over there to use.

There was a fresh grape in the floor of my room when I arrived but otherwise room was very clean. Pillows could be up dated. Nice large TV. Very quiet when I was there but could see that busy it would be noisy.

I booked the room the week before Thanksgiving and they did match the internet price of $63. Has had some updates but could use new beds. When the towels were replaced I did get one that had some obvious staining on it and I just put it on the floor. But others were nice. Large shower &nice tub, plenty of hot water and nice pressure.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again. Located just off freeway close to everything. Front desk staff very nice.

Driving across country, without making hotel reservations for the night, we took a chance on a Best Western. We have had some bad luck in the past, but we were tired and needed to stop!

A lovely surprise awaited us with it's friendly and welcoming service. The room was large, clean and well appointed.

I had left my phone charger along the way and I called the front desk to inquire about a retailer where I could find a replacement and up A staff member came with several options fir my use.

More than an hour down the road we realized my husband had left his brief case behind and the hotel staff was happy to ship it to us rather than insisting that we return to retrieve it.

For a couple of weary travelers this Best Westwrn was a wonderful place to rest my head! Thank you all!

We were only there for a night. The styling and cleanliness was exceptional. The service was also up to par. No complaints at all. A great Stay!
