We stayed here for 2 days while vacationing with our granddaughters ages four and eight. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. Even though it was very hot, we were able to cool the room adequately with the air conditioning. In addition the bedroom had a ceiling fan. The suite is very small but it was adequate for our two days stay. There is a wall and a door between the bedroom and the "Living room". We had two queen beds in the bedroom and a studio couch in the living room. There were two televisions. There was also a microwave, a small refrigerator and a coffee pot. We booked a "ride and slide" package which entitled us to a $20 per night reduction in the room rate, free parking on Cedar Point, and a significantly reduced ride package for the two days we were there.
The only real problem we had was with the excessive noise level on the second day. There were people in the room above us who were literally bouncing off the walls. We started calling management at 9:30 and made our last call at 1:20 with no success at reducing the noise. Finally, I guess the folks went to sleep because the noise stopped around 2:00 AM. It started up the next morning at about 8:10 and went on for another half hour. Needles to say we got little sleep that night.
We have been to many hotels at Cedar Point. There are only a few with suites and this is really the best of the lot if you want a suite.
I have downgraded the report below due to the lack of sleep from excessive noise and the inability of management to do anything to correct this.
