This place was absolutely terrible in every sense imaginable. The nightmare began with the customer service at the check-in desk. I found a blood stain on one of the comforters in my room. On further inspection, I also found hair strands in between the sheets and blanket (which felt like a brillo pad). I mentioned my findings to the "manager" of the motel and they insisted that it was my own blood and I had to cause the stain. Why would I be disgusted by MY own blood?? The housekeeping employees looked as if they were hired right off of the street. They had on flip-flops and different colored t-shirts. The "head housekeeper" had on a t-shirt that read "Pretty Girl Swag" on the back of it...not to mention that she was very combative and arguementative. To end on a positive note, the best attribute about this place was the shower. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We needed to find a room to fit 6 to 7 people. Not many motels offer a room for that many occupants. The price was very agreeable. The room was dated, smelled musty and old, and could have been cleaner. The pillows were flat and only one a piece. We went to Wal-mart and bought our own. Someone needs to teach the cleaning crew how to scrub tile grout (it was black) and how to clean in the corners. Never left enough towels, which were rough as sandpaper. The pool was dirty. Never made the continental breakfast so I can't say. It was from 6-9am. Wish it was till 10. Hard to get teenagers up before then. Staff was nice.

i would never suggest anyone to stay here carged my card 4 times now a week later im still fighting with them worst place to stay the place is a joke right down to ther help

Decided to take a trip to Cedar Point with friends and spend the night here after a day at the park; that decision was a mistake!!! Dead pill bugs on the bathroom floor, stained towels, questionable bedding, lint-filled carpet (I would love to know the last time the vacuum was run). . . Take it from me: spend the extra $ and go somewhere else!! Our room was bad enough, but the second room we reserved had ants all over the place, hair in the sink, and a half-full glass on the counter - some stranger's left-over beverage. The first thing I did when I got home was strip down, throw my clothes in the washer, and take a shower. Don't bother with this place - you'll only regret it!!
