King Suite was nice, a few minor maintenance items were noticed: We had a sushi meal in the fridge that was still there from a previous guest, something was splattered on the back of the bathroom door, the rug near the ice room had come up and we (yes, both my wife and myself) tripped over it, and our hairdryer caught fire ("yes, flames", my wife said). On the plus, side, however, the desk clerk let me choose the type of room we wanted and gave me a tour at check in, the breakfast hours were extended beyond that of other Holiday Inn Express locations we've stayed at (worldwide maybe 25 to 30 differing). Pools hours were an hour later than normal, we were given hotel discounts at a dozen or more local restaurants, The hairdryer was immediately replaced within 10 minutes, a replacement sheet set we requested (2 year old + chocolate milk = new sheets) was also received within five minutes, even during a busy time of day. Everything we requested was taken care of, and in a short amount of time. Sure, we'd stay there again, and recommend it to people.
