The only thing I found the Comfort Inn had going for it was the relative price compared to other business-type hotels in the area. As a HHonors Diamond member, I decided to stay at the Comfort Inn due to it being 20 miles closer and half of the price of the Hampton Inn in Chillicothe. Next time, I won't make the same choice.
Upon arriving to the hotel, the first room I was given had not been made up. The bed was still undone, and towels on the floor in the bathroom. Not a great first impression.
The breakfast was often cold, or rock hard due to too much microwaving. Often at 7 am, food would already be out.
The room was decent, however the Internet was spotty the entire time and could not be relied on for anything other than basic web surfing.
If you are looking for somewhere to crash for the night, this place may be for you. Otherwise, I'd suggest looking elsewhere, even if it means a drive.
