We stayed at this hotel on our way home from a trip to Cedar Point. We were very tired as it was about 1am so we just happened to stay at this Comfort Inn because it was the first hotel we saw once we decided we needed to stop driving.

I'm glad this is the place we came upon. The hotel appears to be very recently remodeled. It's squeaky clean and our room was in great shape - clean, modern, no weird smells or stains or anything like that. The bed was very comfortable and we got a great night's sleep. There were several fluffy pillows on the bed as well.

This hotel offers free wi-fi and the signal was actually really good in our room. They also offer breakfast downstairs between 6-10am which is a nice wide time frame to accommodate people who need to get on the road and people who prefer to sleep in a bit. The breakfast area had a lot of variety - cereals, fruits, and pastries (normal continental stuff), but also a hot buffet that included some ham and eggs (whites only or whole). They also had a fridge with assorted yogurts as well as hard boiled eggs. Oh and there was a waffle iron as well.

The staff we interacted with were very pleasant and friendly. The night clerk was very helpful when we checked in - very personable and nice. Same goes with the clerk who checked us out.

No complaints at all. I'd definitely stay here again if in the area.

We stayed one night prior to taking a fishing charter onto Lake Erie. While a bit older and not fancy by any means, the room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to go downtown to the Mudhens game in the evening and we were at our boat within 20 minutes the next morning. Didn't eat the free breakfast but it looked fine with things like waffles available. Only knock against them was the pillows. All of us woke up with cricks in our necks. I'm just not a fan of feather pillows that seem to collapse flat when you lay on them.

Nothing exceptional about this place. In the summer you'd probably not want a room facing the outdoor pool. Breakfast was nothing special. There are many fast food restaurants within walking distance. You're only about 2.5 miles from Tony Packo's on Front Street. It was a pretty good value for @ $65.00.

The room was exceptional.  Everything in the room was there including microwave, refrig, hair dryer, iron and board, safe.  I was impressed with how nice the room was and how close the inn was to stores and restaurants and close to freeway exit.  Service was very friendly and informative.  Continental breakfast was enjoyable.
