“Big Picture”

Management and Staff at this property get it. They understand that many of of the guests staying here are far away from home, working and staying some times long term. They are freindly and welcome all that walk through the doors. Support staff are conceintious and attentive to guests needs and have a good work ethic. Pricing is very fair, and if you are staying for a while, don' heistate to ask for a long term rate. Pillows and sheets are cozy, towels are a bit bristly. This is NOT the Waldorf Astoria and does not put itself out there as such. Best budget minded property i have stayed at in years. Fresh cookies are quickly snapped up and the coffee is always HOT. Thank YOU MIcrotel Management and Staff for having the welcome sign out at all times.

“New Years Stay”

I stayed for 4 nights over the New Year and the housekeeping staff and front desk staff were wonderful. Very helpful, considerate, and the rate was wonderful as well. I enjoyed my stay as well as the staff.

“Great stay at a pet friendly hotel”

Microtel in North Canton, Ohio was clean, neat and pet friendly. There was a $20 fee with a $50 refundable deposit for our pet.

Room Tip: We asked for a room close to the door so we could take the dog out and the staff was very accommodat...

This was a very nice change from Motel 6. I wish there would not be the $20 pet fee. This would be the reason for not returning to Microtel.

“Do not look back”

Staff was unfriendly and smelt like alcohol. lobby smelt like cigarettes. room wasnt ready at 4 pm due to no clean sheets and towels. thank god they sent me to another hotel. all i can say was that i dont know how they are still in business and hotel doesnt look like it does in the pictures. dirty dirty dirty
