We have stayed at B&Bs here in Hawaii, in Colorado, San Juan Islands, Texas, NM, etc.. and not one compares to yours. You go over and above for every luxury and detail while your warm and welcoming demeanor is topped off by the gourmet breakfasts.
What a special place to stay when we dropped our daughter off at college. You turned a bittersweet experience into one filled with warm memories.

I still have your book and it is on my "most used" cookbook shelf..it is more than a cookbook, as I find it very calming and inspirational to read. Helps me to pause and appreciate the simple thing around me and to just slow down for a bit. It makes me look at my neglected garden in a new light and that is when the weeds get pulled and the worm compost gets re-applied and then for a few weeks it looks like a new garden that is spoiled and pampered.
Wish we could go back every Fall and relive our wonderful experience!

These extremely large rooms are nothing like a hotel room, but rather staying in the large rooms of this historic estate. Top of line bedding, towels, toiletries, free coffee, tea and snacks round the clock, the fine decor and all the little things that make a difference in a good visit to a memorable and great visit.

We think Freda musthave stayed in every single room to see what each set up needed to make it perfect for her guests.
