My husband and I were visiting from KC for The US OPEN SERIES in Cincy. We booked this room for 7 nights through the ticket agencies list of recomendations. I booked the cheapest hotel thinking they would give reputable hotels for the event. When we drove up we immediatly knew we made a mistake, but because we arrived late, we didn't have much choice but to stay, however, canceled the remaining nights while checking in. We didn't even think about eating their breakfast which was as pathetic as the rest of this place. I don't know how these people can keep this place running! Its discustingly dirty, run down and I would never recommend this dump to anyone. We ended up staying at The Comfort Inn in Mason, which was only $20 more a night and was so much better! Clean and comfortable...thats all I need. AND they had an excellent breakfast!

We stayed there while going to Kings Island - Spirit Song. The first room we went to had not beend cleaned at all. The beds were unmade. So, maybe a maid could have missed a room. Then the next room we were taken to, the head board that was supposed to be on the wall was falling off the wall and the bathroom has not been cleaned, the commode had not even been flushed.
Finally, the third room still had a bad look to it but the sheets were clean. We were supposed to have a fridge in the room. We were told we could not get one so by then we were in shock, but they got the fridge.
My reservation said non-refundable or I would have left immediately. I should have anyway. We brought our own blankets in and used them. I wold not consider the breakfast choice as breakfast at all. I am not a complaining type of person,but this was way beyond my tolerence.
This place needs major renovations or needs to shut down. I was really shocked because I thought Howard Johnson's were descent hotels. ??

Rooms are small. The room was clean. Wi-fi is available which was good. It was difficult to find the place as it was a small building hidden from view while driving.

This hotel is nasty. The rooms are outdated and many of the "amenities" were not as advertised. The free continental breakfast consisted of a jug of milk, Sunny D, toast, cereal and mini-doughnuts. The towel rack and toilet paper holder were both broke off the wall. While most of our party attended a Cincinnati Reds game one evening, those left at the hotel were afraid to leave their rooms because of the open drug dealing in the parking lot. If you value the safety of your family, please do not stay here.
