Good value hotel. One reason we picked the hotel was because it was pet friendly. We had a nice room with a good bed. The hotel was clean with friendly staff. No issues, great price, highly recommended.

I have stayed here serveral times and now make this my usual hotel when visiting Cleveland. The staff is great and the rooms are nice (by my standards). It has free coffee and wireless. It is right by I-71 which is nice for hopping on the road to quickly get where you are going, but adds a little noise. That's not to big a deal late at night when traffic subsides. There are several restaurants nearby and a Taco Bell next door that seems to have an all night drive-through if you are bold enough to eat Taco Bell late at night. A block away, off Engle road, are the Cleveland Metroparks trails for jogging, biking, etc.

I was impressed with the hotels cleanliness and service but guests in adjoining rooms left much to be desired. It was a multiple party, renting at least four adjacent rooms and treating them (and the corridor) like their own personal family rooms. There was much yelling and screaming, running between rooms and door slamming. At one point at least 8 of them were actually congregating outside in the corridor (some with beer) further adding to the decibel level.

Thankfully all the annoying hoopla died down by 11:30, but they all checked out at 7:00 AM, leading to another round of yelling and door slamming.

On the plus side, the rooms and common spaces were clean. I was especially impressed by the bathroom. The value was good at $44.99 (including $5 AAA discount). However, after taxes, the actual total came to over $52. (This is not the hotel's fault as Cuyahoga County has some of the highest lodging taxes in the nation).

All staff and customer service including housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. It would be nice if they put some antibacterial soap in addition to the bath and face soap for your hands when your done doing your business in the bathroom. Would have enjoyed stay more if more amenities were included such as a coffee pot in the standard rooms. But otherwise the stay was overall enjoyable and acceptable for the price. Probably not where you want to stay for longer visits due to the lack of refrigeration capabilities but for short stays acceptable.
