I have stayed at a lot of TownePlace Suites in the USA and this hotel was different than those others that i have found as it just seemed as a good place for an overnight stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable but there was no area whatsoever to put toiletries in our bathroom. no table or shelf at all. We had an accessible room but I still could see no reason why there wasn't a shelf at least. There was a small burner in place of where a large burner was supposed to be and no luggage racks to place the luggage on.
The maintenance was immediate to respond and very friendly so that was a plus! The front desk staff was also very helpful and the check in/out process was fast. The "Grab N' Go" breakfast was adequate for the guests in a hurry. There was no hot tub and they had an outside pool. The laundry was good too. Parking was sufficient for cars but very tight for any vehicles larger than that. The marketplace had a few items too and the closest convenience store was only a couple blocks down the road. The area was quiet and secure it seemed. I would stay here again if it was overnight.

Stayed one night prior to a meeting in the area. Checkin was good and the rooms were clean and nice. Having a full kitchen is great. Bathroom was clean, not overly large with very good water pressure. The towels were probably the only thing that were a little disappointing since somewhat thin. Internet access was wired and was great speed. Bed was very comfortable. Workout room was very small, but the equipment in there was good, free weights, one elliptical and one treadmill.

Hotel was right beside another Marriott property so restaurant was available there if you wanted, but plenty of places to eat right out on highway. Enjoyed the stay there.

First time ever staying at this Marriott property but have been very please with Fairfield Inn & Suites, thought I would try this one. Check-in was efficient and staff very friendly. Room was perfect. Grab-n-go breakfast was perfect as we wanted to get on the road. Will seek this property again if in Cleveland.

This place is in dyer need of remodeling...cracks in drywall, carpet was ripped and unraveling in areas...the bathroom had hairs in the tub and sink...the toilet ran, had to wiggle the handle each time! Only TWO towels! When I called the front desk no one answered, so I had to dial the hotel directly...they did bring us more towels immediately....the carpet in the stairway leading to our floor was dirty!! If it wasn't so late and such a hassle we would've went somewhere else....
