Stayed one night prior to a meeting in the area. Checkin was good and the rooms were clean and nice. Having a full kitchen is great. Bathroom was clean, not overly large with very good water pressure. The towels were probably the only thing that were a little disappointing since somewhat thin. Internet access was wired and was great speed. Bed was very comfortable. Workout room was very small, but the equipment in there was good, free weights, one elliptical and one treadmill.

Hotel was right beside another Marriott property so restaurant was available there if you wanted, but plenty of places to eat right out on highway. Enjoyed the stay there.

First time ever staying at this Marriott property but have been very please with Fairfield Inn & Suites, thought I would try this one. Check-in was efficient and staff very friendly. Room was perfect. Grab-n-go breakfast was perfect as we wanted to get on the road. Will seek this property again if in Cleveland.

This place is in dyer need of remodeling...cracks in drywall, carpet was ripped and unraveling in areas...the bathroom had hairs in the tub and sink...the toilet ran, had to wiggle the handle each time! Only TWO towels! When I called the front desk no one answered, so I had to dial the hotel directly...they did bring us more towels immediately....the carpet in the stairway leading to our floor was dirty!! If it wasn't so late and such a hassle we would've went somewhere else....

I needed a place to stay while my wife is at Cleveland Clinic. I have stayed at a lot of hotels (some close by) and I this is definately the best value I have ever had. I am able to bring one of my dogs, there is plenty of space in the room and I have yet to hear any noises from any other room even though the hotel has been has been fully booked.
My only complaint is that the beds are real soft (and very comfortable). Although I slept very well my back really hurt. When I mentioned it to the staff they ordered a board to make the bed harder. How could I ask for any more!
Went to do some laundry and I was surprised that the washer and dryer were $1.00. Most places hose you for $1.75 or more.
If you are visiting the Cleveland Clinic for an extended time, I highly recommend using this hotel. The Cleveland Clinic set it all up for me. When family and friends come to visit they can use the pull out coach. The hotel provides a shuttle to the clinic if needed or you can get free parking if you decide to drive on your own (I like the freedom but it is a 20-30 min drive).
I try to keep my expenses low by making my meals here (bring my lunch with me). Their full kitchen is great and if I want there are lots of food establishments within walking distance.
If you are looking for value- you can't get better. I am a value shopper and I feel as if I really won by booking here!
