The heavy police presence at the intersection by the Mall will cost you about $138.00 they have an obvious traffic flow problem. Instead of fixing the traffic light they write tickets. Use extreme caution when you leave the hotel during peak traffic times. The town of miamisburg may be a $138.00 richer, but it will cost the area businesses about $6,000.00 in my annual spending.

When traveling I got sick and checked in to this hotel without knowing anything about this place. When I informed the staff about my sickeness she was very helpful, gave me directions to several pharmacies and urgent care doctors.
What impressed me was she told other staff member and the following morning one girl even offered me a ride to the store/doctor.
The day I left I asked for a very late checkout and the Manager allowed it - With a smile!
Loved the way they took care of me and even Housekeeping was arranged around my schedule. I have sent them a card but wanted to say Thanks here as well.

My family stayed in this hotel for two days and were not happy with the experience. The key cards went haywire multiple times causing lack of access to pool and exercise room. There was construction going on during the morning hours that woke us up each morning. Not sure why they would allow drilling and other "loud" noise prior to standard check out time for guests. They showed no respect or concern for us. The primary "manager" was rude and lacked any type of social skills in interacting with guests. The rooms and bathrooms were not as clean as I would have hoped. This is not a business that cares about return business and will not get mine.

the elevator did not work for 3 different days, the "free breakfast" was just plain funky, the waffle maker did not work, seemed to always have a waffle stuck in it. the choice of food was bad. the bathroom door had a spring hinge on it, it would not stay open. the TV did not have HBO 3 nights, they were painting some rooms and it stunk of paint. No one on the staff seems to care. a very very poor choice of my company to book, and I will not stay here again.
