the elevator did not work for 3 different days, the "free breakfast" was just plain funky, the waffle maker did not work, seemed to always have a waffle stuck in it. the choice of food was bad. the bathroom door had a spring hinge on it, it would not stay open. the TV did not have HBO 3 nights, they were painting some rooms and it stunk of paint. No one on the staff seems to care. a very very poor choice of my company to book, and I will not stay here again.

This is a somewhat newer hotel, close to mall and lots of restaurants. This is the hotel we recommend for all our business travelers. We have had over 6 people stay there this year and haven't had any commplaints.

Very clean and spacious rooms, reasonable rate, comfortable beds and best of off, great front desk staff.

The room was not cleaned. We were there3 days and the room was not cleaned during our visit. The carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom was poorly cleaned. The tub - not at all. sheets were not changed. the pillows were folded and put into the pillowcase, perhaps to hide how lousy the pillows are. fruit on the breadfast bar was not fresh.
