We just returned from parents weekend at U.D. and stayed at this property. Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room, convenient to Rt 75/Rt. 675 and the Dayton Mall. Breakfast was hot and fresh (scrambled eggs & fritattas both days, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, great baked muffins & scones). We definitely plan on staying here again when in the Dayton area.

Great stay, clean, spacious, and friendly staff. Plenty of room for 2 dogs and a 2 1/2 yr old Grand daughter to play.
Will be back!

Just returned from a two nite stay, and enjoyed another very pleasant experience. Upon confirming my suite choice 36 hours prior to arrival, I received an email telling me that the hotel parking lot was being resurfaced and striped during my stay. I was to park on the street, and didn't remember there being much space there. Once again, the Homewood came through and a large section of the lot WAS available...the work had been spread out over several days so that most of the vehicles could park off the street. The stay was seamless, as usual...the breakfast was great, room spotless. Never a disappointment!

I just had a great stay at this property. They were having maintenance completed on their parking lot. They emailed me and let me know ahead of time. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was only a single night stay, which is also rare for me at a Homewood. I stay at hotels around 100 nights per year.

All in all, A+ on service, A+ on the property, and a great location. I did not get a chance to enjoy their meals or breakfast, but they had the words "grill out" on their menu. . . . I have no doubt that it would have been exceptional.
