Our stay here was horrible. First, we booked our reservations months in advance, because we were told this hotel had WIFI, Heated Pool and a Sauna.
We arrive at the hotel, get charged our quoted price(s) that were given to us, and check in. Everything seemed fine until we find out that thier heated pool "just broke", and the WIFI was down.
Other family members rooms had multiple problems as Flooding Toliets, Stains on "Clean" bed sheets.
Offered for us to use the toliet in another room across the hall, and still left the stained sheets on the bed after they "Cleaned" the room.
Check Out had a lot more problems. Tried to charge us more than what we paid in the beginning, and we were told that the Pool was fixed, and WIFI as well.
I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a stress free getaway.
