For a hotel with two floors and a bit of sprawling hallways to many rooms, there were few guests the two times we have stayed here to visit family.

Our king-size-bed room is normal, on the small size for a motel/hotel. The sink is in the room with the bathroom ordinary--toilet and bathtub behind a separate door. Very nice LCD TV on a large granite-like top with a fridge underneath behind a wood door--this credenza seemed new.

Bascially clean and functional.

Breakfast is ok. One prior visit found a long hair in the eggs....not good but does happen, even at better places, in my experience.

The biggest plus--you can bring a small well-behaved dog to stay in the room with you (just can't leave them there unattended). That was our main reason for staying here.

After checking my travel books for a 3-star hotel, we decided to stop for the night outside Cleveland at this place. What a mistake! I can't imagine how they were rated a 3-star facility -- I've stayed in better two star motels at a much lower rate. The AC was broken, the elevator was broken, the internet in the rooms did not work , the place not clean, and the breakfast was lousy. And they had the nerve to charge over $100 for the night. Run as fast as you can from this place. I'd rather sleep in my car.

Not a good option for lodging. No upkeep, filthy. Restaurant is not appealing, main areas are really outdated

Selected this Best Western over other hotels in the area, which were half the price. Never received housekeeping service during a 3 day stay. The sheets were turned down and not changed. The bathtub was very slow draining, leaving soap scum around the tub. The bathroom (and bathtub) were never cleaned. Housekeeping did not leave clean towels or toilet paper, so we had to call down to the front desk for some, as well as coffee for the in-room coffee pot. Upon check-out, the front desk manager was more interested in talking to his daughter than helping us with a speedy check-out. Also, the elevator was out of service and we had to carry all the luggage up to the second floor. Definitely the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at.
