My husband and I stayed for three nights and the hotel is a terrific value. It met every expectation and more. The hotel and rooms were nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. The rooms were quiet and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We had such a good experience at the hotel, we are already planning our next trip to Mayfield.

I liked the hotel just fine, but our room was $150. I used to live in Mayfield Heights and know there's nothing so spectacular as to warrant a $150 room there. Two concierges as at the desk were quite nice, another was totally unhelpful. The room was clean, however, although the air was a bit overdry. I'd stay there again if I got a more reasonable rate.

I stayed here in early October while a family member was in a nearby hospital. The service here is really good. There's always someone at the front desk for starters. Ever go to a hotel and you can't find the front desk person? They were also very flexible about having a later check out and I appreciated that so much.

The rooms and hotel interior are nicely decorated and there is also a great restaurant on site and I got a complimentary breakfast each morning. The service in the restaurant is also excellent. Food was very good too.

I was very comfortable in my room too on the plush king sized bed. I will say that I had problems with the TV with the volume and remote. The front desk responded quickly to fix this. However the remote is still difficult to use and I sometimes have to turn it on and off a few times to get sound. In-room phone also didn't work. In spite of this, I still really enjoyed my stay and the location was perfect for me. It goes to show you how important service can be in mitigating small problems. If there hadn't been such great service it could have been more irritating.

We checked into the Holiday Inn in Mayfield Village and on the desk was an award from Trip Advisor for being a "Super" motel. It truly was and they deserve to display the award. They checked us (my adult kids) and my wife and I, even though we were very early and got us rooms close to each other. The rooms and all were excellent and the stay was enjoyable even though the visit was brief.
