This hotel is old and needs new carpets and bathroom updates. Had to ask for the included coffee maker. The one from the room had broke and if I had not pushed, I would not have gotten one to use.

Each year I travel to the Cleveland area to visit family over the holidays. I usually stay in a hotel close to the family in Mayfield Heights, this time in the Comfort Inn in Mayfield. I've been there before, but the recent renovations and changes made our stay special. Courtney was especially helpful with directions and area information. The hotel was so clean and cheery and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. I definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and family for their stays in Cleveland.

Have stayed at this hotel several times in last 6 months while traveling in area on business. All stays have been good with no real problems and staff is really friendly.

Hotels in area are pretty expensive and this is the best place i have found without paying a lot more for a comparable room.

People I talked to at breakfast said hotel was extensively renovated last winter when it became a Comfort Inn. Furniture, etc. in rooms is obviously new and beds are firm and comfortable. All rooms have been clean and everything worked.

There is no dining room but there are bunch of chain restaurants within blocks so finding a good dinner has not been a problem. Free wine & beer is offered on Tuesday along with snacks, etc. - not gourmet but a nice touch.

Place is right on freeway so there is no traffic backups coming or going and the free Hampton Inn type breakfast is good - lots of choices including hot stuff and it is FAST.

Working in a manufacturing business I have monthly customers out of state that I have stay here. I have heard nothing but wonderful things from my customers about their staff. Once I had a customer have some troubles and it was resolved not only in a professional but also timely matter. All hotels have issues. If I relied on things I heard or read there would be no hotels to send my costumers. Bed bugs or anything else you may encounter while at a hotel does not mean they are not clean or not a great place to stay. People should do their research prior to ranking a hotel low. With this said I will continue to book rooms there every month for all my clients.
