I was disappointed with this location more so on a service level and some accomodation issues. i chose this location as a place to sleep during a long drive and based on the Days Inn name.
When I arrived, I felt as though I was more of a bother than a valued customer. The first room i checked into the heat had been turned completely off so the room was freezing. I had the heat on for thirty minutes and the room was not warming up. I contacted the desk and advised that the heat was not working properly and asked to change rooms. This was all at 130 in the morning. Just as I was leaving my room, I noticed a pile of animal droppings next to the heater and that one of the light fixtures had no cover on it. Definately not a clean and complete room.
After I changed the rooms, I got a room with a new heater that had been on at a low temp and it immediately was warm and comfortable . I then tried to reach the desk for a wake up call and two calls to the desk for large amounts of rings were never answered so I plugged their alarm clock in and set it for the morning. I attempted to contact the front desk again about gettng a late check out and all I could was a busy signal. While the second room was very clean and in good condition from a service level this hotel is not a place to stay. This exit offers 15 to 20 other hotels so I would check into them before visiting this Days Inn again on future trips

Our family was attending a baseball tournament in mid-July. The staff was unfriendly. The staff manager barely understood English. They became upset when we got two buckets worth of ice out of the machine even though we had two rooms. The room had a nasty odor, the air conditioner smelled as well (dust) and the bedspreads had cigarette burns on them. It seems all Days Inn we have ever stayed in is very low in quality, and customer service, this is why we don't stay at them anymore. We recommend getting a better hotel. We would never stay there again...

We drove cross-country in Dec. and weren't sure where we'd stop. Therefore, we didn't make reservations in advance. We pulled off the tollroad in Ohio, cold and exhausted needing a warm hotel that allowed pets. We also hoped for free wifi and a little breakfast. We got all 3 at Days Inn, but it was a terrible choice. We ran the heater on HIGH HOT all NIGHT, and it never got warm! So COLD!!!!!! And of course the blankets were thin with no extras. Super-flat pillows too.
The pluses: right off of the highway, free pets, free wifi, free tiny breakfast
The negatives: old, dingy, thin blankets, lack of heat, overall yucky

It was nice and clean, quiet, perfectly adequate as a highway rest stop. Front desk staff were very friendly. There were some restaurants close by as the hotel is pretty much in the back parking lot of a big strip mall. If I were passing through briefly again on a road trip, I'd stay here again.
