Where to start... the overall feel of the room is just unclean. There is white powder all around the room edges- what is that? A microwave and fridge, but no coffee. An ironing board, but no iron. The shower pressure was barely attricklerickle. We will apply our wages towards another option next time.

In February I got married. My husband have booked the hotel and believe it or not a single person in our families has a complaint. I would recommned this hotel.

I have stayed last month in June 2010. And the hotel is the best hotel in Lansing area. I would say, they have the best customer service I have ever seen.

Other hotels in the area are good too but couple of them have serious problems. I don't wanna write anything about other hotels because I don't want to hurt their business.

Super 8 staff has been helpful, nice MODREN LOBBY. And clean and nice rooms. HOUSE KEEPING REALLY take care of our room during three day stay with them.

I arrived in Marion late at night and failed to notice the Holiday Inn Express on the west side of the interstate. Being extremely tired, I checked into the Super 8 that was conveniently located next to my exit ramp. I didn't immediately realize that I had entered the Twilight Zone. Let me warn you: avoid this motel. I've stayed in some disappointing places, but the Super 8 in Marion, Ohio has them all beat. The place is a dump. The linens and towels were filthy. The carpeting hadn't been vacuumed in a month. The bed was broken. When I complained to management in the morning, I was told "we're in the midst of remodeling and that's why things appear to be different". I was not offered an apology or a price adjustment. Shame on Super 8 for allowing this dive to exist.

I called to find a room and was told that the room i was getting would have a king size bed and a pull out couchand a 3 man jacuzzi. We needed the room for 3 kids and 2 adults. i was charged 149.99 a night and keep in mind my son is a state wrestler and we were doing the state tournament...now for the fun stuff...We walk in and the bathroom smells like urine and there were pubic hairs laying next too the bath tub on the floor...next we get settled in and go to sit on the couch and the center section is broke to where you cant sit on it...We opened it up and guess what??? NO MATTRESS!!! we went down stairs to ask about it and we were then told that the receptionist was supposed to tell me about that when we ordered the room...Well they didnt...we waited for quite some time and they finally brought up an old beat up mattress that was about 4 inches thick...It had springs trying to poke through it...the king size bed would have been more comfortable if they would have stuffed it with straw...Im not joking...the so called 3 man jacuzzi was more like a bath tub with a few water jets and it will only fit two people. two people are a tight fit...we are not heavy people at all and it wasnt very comfortable with two people. NEXT...there are two people that go around to collect dirty towells but never bring clean towells back...we had to go to the front desk and ask for them just to be told that they were out of them??? next they advertise that they have coffee machines in every room...no they dont...we know of four others that didnt have them either....the ice machine doesnt work...pop machines will only take change even though they have a slot for bills...their super start breakfast is a joke...some donuts, cereal, yellow hard boiled eggs, warm milk and orange juice...to top it all off, you cant understand a word half of the employees speak...there is nothing super about this place...it was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Everyone we talked too said they had the same problems
