Well it started with the hotel associate double charging me for the room, funny thing was that she charged me $20 less than what I paid online for it. That was really frustrating. Next my door lock security guard was broken...Looked like somebody kicked the door open and it snapped off...The pillowcases were not white, they were off white with stains all over them, Next the air conditioner had a very loud ticking sound that would keep ticking even if I turned the air conditioner off...Finally, my room was near the side entrance and everytime a person would enter/exit the door would slam and I would wake up...There was people going in and out all night, I think to have a smoke because I could smell it, very strong, all night long. Miserable experience, I would have been better off sleeping in my car....Spend a few extra $$ and go to the hotel by Lowe's. I stayed there before too and it is so much nicer and only maybe $20 more.

My husband and daughter were staying here due to the weather cause she had surgery the following morning. She sends me pics of the money found in the bed, trash in the trashcan, and stained sheets! I called the front desk, and I got, "we have been very busy and they must have forgotten the trash! We will send clean sheets! They offered them a different room, but they are now out the front door looking for another motel, so i guess that one wasn't any cleaner.....what a mess!!

Where to start... the overall feel of the room is just unclean. There is white powder all around the room edges- what is that? A microwave and fridge, but no coffee. An ironing board, but no iron. The shower pressure was barely attricklerickle. We will apply our wages towards another option next time.

In February I got married. My husband have booked the hotel and believe it or not a single person in our families has a complaint. I would recommned this hotel.

I have stayed last month in June 2010. And the hotel is the best hotel in Lansing area. I would say, they have the best customer service I have ever seen.

Other hotels in the area are good too but couple of them have serious problems. I don't wanna write anything about other hotels because I don't want to hurt their business.

Super 8 staff has been helpful, nice MODREN LOBBY. And clean and nice rooms. HOUSE KEEPING REALLY take care of our room during three day stay with them.
