My husband and I recently stayed at this B&B June 7th, 2008. The house was very quaint, the innkeepers very nice and the breakfast very good. There are three very nice rooms with their own bathrooms. The common areas are the living room, dining room and kitchen. The B&B is located right in the square of Madison not hard to get to off of the highway. There are some nice local wineries.
We attended mass on Sunday at a Catholic Church that was nearby and found the people very very friendly.
We then drove to Geneva-On-The-Lake. Maybe it was something in its day but is nothing more now than a place for bikers to gather at.
I did promise that I would write a good review of an eatery called Zeppe's The owner was very nice and his little place was very clean and we had a great Italian sausage sandwich. You could tell that he really cared about his business. This was the best looking "boardwalk" place to eat at that I saw. The Dairy Queen along the "boardwalk" had great Strawberry Smoothies.
I must say though that the Geneva On The Lake Conference Center looked very very nice and upscale, sorry I can't say the same for G.O.T.L. itself.
Hope you found this review helpful:)
