I stayed with my brother, and he left his watch. For 5 days after my stay ended, the general manager worked with me to find it and get it back. Also, the staff is all very friendly, and will happily strike up conversation with any of the guests.

I stayed here for busines in January. The hotel and the meeting were fine, as was the sleeping room. The front desk manager, Ken, made the trip even more enjoyable with his amazing customer service style and his attention to detail. For the first time in a long time, I felt as if I was at home. He is an excellent host, and terrific with people!!!

We had a very good experience with Best Value Inn & Conference center Hotel. I liked this Hotel.

We spent 2 days on August 1. and 2 for my friend family union at Americas Best Value Inn & Conference center Hotel, rooms were very clean and nice, bathrooms is big compared to other hotels and clean, swimming pool was the best, and the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The hotel was grate and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I am very likely to return to the Best Value Inn & Conference center Hotel. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We had a one-day conference in one of their meeting rooms and it turned out to be surprisingly successful. The location was a bit disappointing and yes, the hotel is not as updated as some, however, the staff made up for that with terrific customer service. They served a very good buffet luncheon that was excellent and they took care of each and every detail that we needed. I would like to thank the manager for his friendly assistance and his attention to us and our seminar needs.
