This place is horrible, and it's the best that Kenton has to offer. The other two motels are for indigents and those places are really bad. Kenton is not the place to find a place to stay overnight, unless you are staying at someone's home. Not only that, the restaurants aren't very good either, and the one to really avoid is called Thompson's Family Restaurant (it's a bar on the bad end of town next to railroad tracks). This "restaurant" has mediocre food, high prices, and rude wait staff. My tip to anyone having to come to Kenton for any visit... stay in Findlay and drive down. Findlay is much nicer, has more options, and it's about 30 minutes, well worth the drive to avoid what Kenton has to offer.

would never stay here again it was not worth the money, the staff is very rude and not helpful. housekeeping was banging on the door a few min after 9am and when i expressed my displeasure over this she became very hostile and arguementive.. there are not many hotels in the area however i would not choose this one i would go to lima or sleep in my car... you must have friendly staff in order to keep ur guest happy...

This is more or less the only place in Kenton to stay. I was in for a wedding and the bride and groom let us know that the other options in town were pretty shady. We checked in and let it be noted that the price was way too much for a: the town and b: the service/quality. The place smelled of cigarettes even though Ohio has had a smoking ban in place for a few years now. The walls are paper thin and the staff was not courteous is the least. "Breakfast" ends at 10 and we arrived at 945 to find everything put away already. The staff would not deliver towels to the room and the shower was dirty. It's one thing if there is nothing left but quite another when my car is one of five in the parking lot. The only redeeming quality for this place was the free wi-fi. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere and commute into Kenton.

Not only is this facility WAY overpriced for what it provides....mattresses were old and uncomfortable and the blankets appreared to be very old. Would have been fine if I'd paid $30-$40, but not $90. Didn't expect an upscale hotel, but did expect it to be clean and comfortable. There was gum stuck to the side of one of the headboards as well. Not sure how the cleaning people missed that one. Will never stay here again and would tell others to go to Lima and stay if at all possible.
