I honestly do not see how anyone staying at this hotel could not be satisfied. Although this is a small hotel, I found it extremely clean and accomodating. The beds were the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in and this is comparing this stay to $300 night hotels in NYC. The staff was more than helpful and the location is so convenient to the outlets.

We stayed as a family at this hotel in May. It was dirty. The sink in the room was propped up with a 2x4.
The breakfast area had three tables for two to accommodate a nearly full hotel (tournament). Not good.

We stayed here for two nights recently, and were very impressed with the cleanliness and value of this hotel. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the indoor pool. It is less than 40 minutes from Kings Island, and the location seemed very safe. On the second night, I forgot to lock our car doors, and apparently someone trolled theside parking lot during the middle of the night, and helped themselves to some items in the front console of my car. I found out the same thing happened to at least one other car that night. The guy parked next to me had a GPS in full view, and a loaded utility trailer that was not messed with, but he had his doors locked. Like I said, my doors were unlocked, it was not a smash and grab. With that said, I would not hesitate to stay there again, I would just park my car in the front, and be sure to lock my doors

We (7 families) stayed here for a baseball tourney and everyone seemed to be satisfied. This is not a fancy hotel - just the basics - but served our purpose well for last minute reservations. Rooms were very clean and pool was nice for the kids. The breakfast was not impressive but better than nothing. However, what I was most impressed with was the staff. Manager that helped me with rate (government discount) and holding rooms was extremely helpful and accomodating. She really tried hard to help us out and appreciated our business. The other hotel staff was very kind as well. Overall, great deal for the price we paid!
