Stayed here overnight for a wedding in town. The room was nice sized, price is good, but it seriously needs to be cleaned better. We had cobwebs in most corners of the room, and bathroom. Yes, you can hear the trains, but it didn't bother us. I love pets, but would likely never travel with them. We did have a dog across from us, and heard him barking when we arrived. But he was very well behaved afterward, as we didn't hear him again.

This budget hotel is the best bargain we have ever received when traveling. While it s not luxurious it is more than comfortable and smoke free. Comfortable beds, microwave, coffee maker and fridge in the mini suite type of room.. Was bargain priced. There is no hotel restaurant but they are close enough to not be an issue. The indoor pool and PET FRIENDLINESS are added bonuses.Friendly helpful staff too.

Ok first to the previous review. Tell me Who on earth lets you pay after your stay??? This place is for budget travelers? And it is by far the best budget motel I ever stayed at. We got a Jacuzzi room for $79 which was an unbelievable price. The Jacuzzi was huge We had a nice kitchenette. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. There was a nice indoor pool. No continental breakfast. but for the money you save its worth it, there was a nice little dinner called Lemmys across the road that had an awesome homemade breakfast. Not only will I stay here again. It will be the only place I stay when I go to cedar point. Oh and I love the sounds of train at night, I find it is relaxing and helps me sleep, I loved that there was a busy train track nearby. For those here who like to complain about any little thing they can find need to get over themselves and start enjoying life.

The first sign was that they charge you BEFORE your stay, not after. This was the absolute worst Hotel stay of my life! Both comforters were stained with unknown substances. I could go on about every part of the room, but the worst was the bathroom. The shower curtain was filthy, splattered with some other unknown substance and several large mildew spots. The bottom was also covered in a pinkish mildew, like it had been there for a long while. The bathroom walls were also splattered with the same looking substance as was on the curtain. The floor was unswept, leaving dust, hair and black specks of some sort, behind the door. The towles had holes in them and were less than white.
Lastly, there was only one light in the whole room. No lamp on the nightstand either. Mr. Bodett, that was the best thing the employees DIDN'T do; if I would have seen the room under any more light I probably wouldn't have even gotten the 4 winks of sleep, that I did manage to get.
