Stayed for one night on the way through town.
Pros: Ideal for overnight or 2/3 night stay if you want to look around or go fishing. On the riverfront with lovely views. A good restaurant and club attached. Pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms are will laid out with room to move. Nice bathrooms. Minor problem with A/C, due to a faulty remote controll.
Cons: Old TV for money spent or for resort status. Water pressure too poor for restrictors in showers. Parking lot open to general public. Slightly Isolated, Mildura 30mins away by car.

After a long days drive the King Spa Suite was just wonderful - balcony to relax, lovely staff, breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic - will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

After staying here earlier this year and enjoying a meal in their wonderful restaurant, I was ever so embarrassed to have recommended this place to some work colleagues to stay after enjoying my previous stay. The friendly staff that were there are gone, replaced by rude, stuck up snobs who look down on you and made you feel bad when you had to ask for something that was missing from the rooms (towels are quite useful after having a shower).
They had no internet access as advertised, no room service as advertised, was told to go to the club to eat and was more than disappointed there too (budget meals that make the Salvation Army homeless shelters canteens look like Fine dining).
Upon complaining to the staff member in the morning about the false advertising, was confronted by a very rude man in dirty old clothes claiming to be the owner where he rambled on some garbage (obviously trying to pretend he knows what he is doing) and wasn't even offered an apology for their misleading advertising.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AGAIN!

My husband and I were given a gift of a two night stay at the wentworth grand hotel. Not being used to the luxury side of accomodation we have realised for that special occasion for a couple we highly recomend the grand. Facilities are there for families and are very suitable also.Quiet, very clean, great service. We have not had a better holiday and are planning another next year. Loved it that much.
