I travel a lot for work and had the pleasure of being booked here. I found the service to be welcoming and friendly. The room was nice and clean . Breakfast arrived at the requested time . I had eggs Benedict it was fantastic.I'll be staying here next time I stay in Gunnedah.

Both of us agree that this is a really great motel in Gunnedah and provides some excellent new rooms at the back of the property and some great refurbished rooms at the front.

They provide a really exceptional level of service which is sometimes harder to find in smaller country motels!

The restaurant food is excellent and the menu's are extensive to suit all tastes. They also have a great minibar selection in room and the prices are competitive with the likes of your local supermarket!

Wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again in the future. One of the best in Gunnedah!

I booked a Deluxe Queen Room through Wotif, however when I arrived they had no record of my booking as they had missed the email. They were booked out for the room I had so they put me in an Executive Queen Room with no extra charge. The room was quite spacious and clean with an LCD tv and microwave. Being down the back of the motel it was also nice and quiet. I'm not sure I could justify the proper cost for this room, but it appears motels are more expensive in Gunnedah so it is probably good value for money in the town.

I started staying here every month from November 2007 until my work territory changed in July 2009. This is by far the best hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are very well cared for and clean. I was very excited when they extended down the back to put in new rooms that are very similar to staying in a 4 star Sydney CBD hotel! The food is genuine home cooked perfection, I used to look forward to the breakfasts a week before I left for Gunnedah! The owners cannot do enough for you and treat you like royalty. I was very disappointed when I stopped going to Gunnedah and I haven't yet found another hotel/motel anywhere near this one's league!
