The rooms are pleasant. The lady of the house is very friendly and always has a pleasant word. I stayed in a room without a bath and their was an electric shower which I am always wary of. (How do you get the temp right on those things?). However it was absolutely fine. On a second visit I stayed in a room with a bath which was fine too, Good value for money and I hope it does not become too popular now that i have discovered it, The breakfast was delicious and more than ample. There is a good car park. I have stayed there on wintry nights and it has been warm and cosy. I was held up in traffic for hours and called to say I would be late. "No trouble" and a friendly welcome awaited me. A very different experience to the Travel Lodge in nearby Fontwell I would avoid.
