A friend and I recently chose Brook Kingston Lodge for a 5 day trip to London. Having stayed in the city many times, we found this hotel added another dimension to our city break. Within easy access of central London, (20 mins by train on hotel doorstep), we enjoyed all the advantages of being close to the attractions, but experienced a more relaxed and welcoming break due to the warm and welcoming nature of the hotel. Staff were helpful and generous with their time. Our room was bright, warm and newly appointed and the hotel breakfast was great. We visited Hampton Court and Kingston, and could have spent more time exploring the day trips which are just a train stop or two, from the hotel. We have decided that Kingston Lodge will be an annual destiation for the girls' London trip. We look forward to the next visit.

We stayed for three days at the end of Jan 2012 mostly as a base to visit London. We booked B+B and eve. meal. The room was clean, as was the hotel, the staff were friendly and the food was good, if like me you did not want anything from the set menue the staff were happy to get you something else, we would certainly go back. One strange thing did happen though, on the second night, our TV burst into life at 2.0 am for no reason! The volume was louder than we had set it and the timer had not been set, very odd.

We have stayed at the kingston Lodge a couple of times and have found the hotel to be a real cosy and friendly establishment, the service and staff are excellent and the lovely warm fire in the foyer gives you the feeling of being at home, breakfast was great and gave you a good start to a days shopping in kingston which is a wonderful place.

I stayed here for a couple of nights recently and loved it! The hotel is clean and fresh, with a real homely feel. Even the view of the courtyard at meal times was sweet. Access to Kingston was great where the shopping was surprisingly good! I'll definitely stay again. Recommended to family and friends!
