This Premier Inn is one of the friendly I have come across in a while, the staff greeted me with a smile and the service from the receptionist was very good. In all this was a good choice at a reasonable price with excellent local amenities.

V nice location in grounds of old lodge, recently refurbished and rooms clean and comfortable, staff v friendly and the lodge (now a Beefeater) is good value for food. Breakfasts freshly cooked. Well recommended as a cheap stay in the area

I stayed for two nights at the end of the working week.
The recptionist , Bev, was very friendly and interested in giving the best level of service she could. It is the only Premier Inn I have booked in where they have rung me the day before to see if I have any special requirements or would require a dinner reservation.

We have stayed here many times before and always found it to be eccellent We stayed here this time so we could be close to family at Xmas. We arrived Christmas eve to stay for three nights. We had booked a family room and got a huge double plus two singles. The room was immaculate.

The reception staff were very friendly and gave the kids sticker books and crayons.

Christmas morning breakfast times were different to usual to enable the staff to prepare the restaurant for Xmas lunch. No hassle though as we were fed and out by 9 am. Bearing in mind it was Xmas morning the staff were super good. And the service was not rushed. A great start to the day.

When we returned late in the evening the room was spotless.

We received the same excellent service throughout our stay.

I would have no hesitation staying again.
