Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. Hotel staff were lovely and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, maid provided fresh towels daily. The only thing I could fault was that the rooms were really cold. The breakfast was good and the choices were great.

Stayed in cheap room. It is not as good as some jurys, but better than most.

Nothing special, just a good value, clean and comfortable stay.

I genuinely can't say anymore. Mweh.

Great hotel and it's really quick and easy to get into london. Its really close to the train station, 20minutes and you're in london! Its also really close to the local shopping centre, which has a tesco etc. The food in the restaurant was just okay, the pizza was watery. One of the nights we were planning to go out, the hairdryer broke in the room and the staff let us use the empty room next door to finish getting ready, but we had to buy a new hairdryer for the rest of the week because they didn't fix it, which we then gave to the hotel. I would stay here again as its so close to london and great value for money :)

I have stayed here previously as i visit london a few times a year.i stayed last night for one night only,andwas very happy to see that it has had a makeover.
My room was very fresh with new carpet,chairs and bedding,with nice purple hue,also freshly painted.but most welcome was the samsung flat screen with lots of stations available,as a solo traveller it nice to have something to watch on a winter evening in a hotel.
last time i stayed the old tv did not work.
I got a great offer of £39 with breakfast,which i have never seen with them before.
Would love to see a vending machine tucked in here with some edibles,as they dont do mini bar and didnt fancy venturing out late at night.
