Stayed for a wedding at Pennyhill Park, and were surprised to be asked to pay an extra £20 just to check in beforehand, which was a bit of an affront having paid £125 for 1 night. Instead we left our things with the concierge at pennyhill during the wedding, and the owners left our keys for us so we could get in when we got there late after the wedding.

The room was clean and comfortable, but a little dated. There was a noisy fridge that needed to be turned off. Not what we expected for the money. The breakfast was good, and the woman who served us and was on reception was friendly, but I don't think I'd stay again. Nothing was particularly bad, but it is overpriced for what it is.

I booked the Burwood House for my husband's 65th birthday party. We were a party of 18 - 10 adults and 8 children. The food was superb and the staff were attentive without being "in your face".

All ages were catered for and although we didnt stay I could see that it was spotlessly clean and I would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

With son getting married in Sunningdale and 20 family members to accomodate and feed for the weekend, Burwood House could not have been a better place to stay. Rooms spotlessly clean, food very tasty and excellent value, service highly personal, and plenty of room to hang out together. Swimming in the pool in October was clearly an unexpected bonus! For great location, charming and friendly place to stay, and attentive owner run hotel Burwood House would be hard to beat.

My colleague and myself stayed here for 2 weeks. We are very pleased with this hotel and we would certainly return here. The rooms are nice and the service is very good. It's a family-run hotel with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The evening dinner is indeed very recommended! I went jogging in the morning in the forest that starts accross the street, which is a great environment to sport. Afterwards, I could enjoy my freshly prepared croissant, ....
