Stopped for a couple of nights whilst attending a course nearby, accomodation was clean and spacious. All meals were cooked to perfection and fresh, with plenty of it. Staff were friendly.
Would stay again if back in that part of the country.

Stayed two nights with a group of friends. Exceptional value for money for our stay which included bed, breakfast and two evening meals plus entertainment on the Friday night. Staff were helpful and attentive.
Room was clean and well provided. The shower was a bit hit and miss heat wise - either too hot or not hot enough. Nice to have an iron and board in the room. Beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay though found the bar prices a bit steep. The wedding guests smoking in the car park in early hours did keep me awake. Funny how people forget that others might be trying to get to sleep.

we stayed here for 4 days over Christmas. For the first time ever, I shunned turkey on Christmas Day - and so did my husband. We had a wonderful fresh seafood starter, I followed with my favourite fish, Sea Bass, which was beautifully cooked with muscles. Hubby had a perfectly cooked rib eye steak. All the food at this exceptional hotel is fresh, cooked with great expertise and varied. Staff in all areas of the hotel are helpful, knowledgeable and obviously well trained. Witney is an interesting little town and not far from Oxford. I urge you to give it a try. Incidentally, I am in a wheel chair, and got around the hotel with ease. Attention to detail in all areas, was second to none. Although we did have a problem with the shower,which could not be used while we were there, and coudn't be fixed because of the Christmas period. Alternative arrangements were made which - although far from ideal - it was only for 4 days.

We stayed here en route for Heathrow.

Excellent service, room, food & we enjoyed the spa facilities.

Will definitely stay here again.
